Live on-site execution

During the event, guests can watch their items being personalised by hand. Completed pieces can be collected immediately or at an agreed time, depending on your event schedule and guest flow.

Sample approval

A sample, layout, or digital mock-up may be prepared to confirm the lettering style, placement, colour, and finish. Production begins once the details have been approved.

Production on studio

Your items are personalised in the studio according to the approved sample. Each piece is checked throughout to ensure the lettering, finish, and overall presentation meet the agreed standard.

Collection or delivery

When your order is complete, we’ll carefully prepare the finished pieces for collection or delivery. You’ll receive confirmation when your order is ready.
