Live on-site execution

Guests can watch their items being personalised by hand and collect them immediately or later, depending on the event schedule.

Share your requirements: product details, quantity, preferred technique, delivery date. We’ll discuss options and confirm the project scope.

Sample approval

A sample, layout, or digital mock-up may be prepared to confirm the lettering style, placement, colour, and finish. Production begins once the details have been approved.

Production on studio

Your items are personalised in the studio based on the approved sample, with each piece carefully checked to ensure it meets the agreed standard.

Collection or delivery

When your order is complete, we’ll carefully prepare the finished pieces for collection or delivery. You’ll receive confirmation when your order is ready.
